We are pleased to announce that the workshop “Best programming practices for open science” will be organised in Cardiff.

This one-day training targets all students who use programming in their daily work for numerical simulations, data processing or statistical modelling.

Experts and competent tutors will demonstrate practical solutions on how to make the scientific code more accessible to other potential users and how to improve reproducibility of the results. The workshop will address new developments in programming workflow that can be applied across disciplines.
